About The Inspector
About Vaughn
After graduating from Longwood College
in Virginia (Bachelor of Science in Business Admin.) Vaughn headed West and experienced life in California for 10 years.
Then realized that Vermont was both a great place to come from and a great place to go back home too. In 1995 Vaughn became
a licensed real estate agent and also opened a property management company.
Vaughn then started investing in real
estate, purchasing both residential and rental income properties. From that point on he has been dedicated to “the
world of real estate” – working with buyers, sellers, investors, property management, real estate agents, local
government housing agencies, mortgage companies and dealing in all aspects of construction (new construction and renovation
projects) & building inspections.
Expanding his real estate knowledge and education in 2000, Vaughn became
a HUD Certified Housing Inspector and conducted hundreds of housing inspections a year, for 5 years. Then in 2006, Vaughn
continued his education and became a nationally certified Home Inspector with ASHI. And opened his own home inspection business,
Jipner Home Inspections, LLC.
